Our Mission

Our mission is to provide an outlet for families in our community to express themselves and to receive physical, mental, and academic training and hope. To help them find who they really are, what they really aspire to be, and help to place them on that path. Along with our amazing training programs we also offer the most updated evidence -based programs for students and families through our AAMP and PAM courses now available. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no refunds for cancellations but rescheduling is available for 1 on 1 and duo training as long as it's done so 48 hours ahead of time. However, there will be a rescheduling fee of $25.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS POLICY

There is no rescheduling available for classes due to them being on a set schedule allowing other classes to take place at their specific day and time and to respect open gym hours. Any rescheduling would be due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances if applicable and the trainer would give a timely notice to everyone in the class. Unable to make it to class would just be considered an absence and no refund would be issued.

All courses are under 3 month or 6 month contracts
