This package offers a training program of 5 or more days per week, specifically designed to help you get in shape and improve your fitness. To get the most out of this program, you'll need a commercial gym membership—such as Inshape, Planet Fitness, EOS, or similar facilities. If you prefer to train at home, access to lever machines or equivalent equipment is recommended to maximize your results.
